摘要/Abstract

摘要： 儿童矮身材是指在相似生活环境下，同种族、同性别和年龄的个体身高低于正常人群平均身高2个标准差者（-2SD），或低于第3百分位（-1 88SD）者，其中部分属正常生理变异。中医药治疗儿童矮身材目前已取得较显著疗效，董丹教授认为先天禀赋不足及后天喂养失司为儿童矮身材的主要病因，在临证中以滋生健脾为治疗原则，运用四君子汤为核心方治疗儿童矮身材取得满意疗效。本文对董丹教授临证辨治儿童矮身材经验加以总结，以供读者参考。附医案1则。

Abstract: Short stature in children refers to the condition of the individuals of the same race,same sex and same age who are less than 2 standard deviations (-2SD) from the average height of the normal population or less than the 3rd percentile (-1 88SD) in similar living conditions,some of which are normal physiological variations.The treatment for short stature in children with traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable efficacy.Professor Dong Dan believes that congenital insufficiency of endowment and acquired feeding disorders are the main causes of short stature in children,and takes nourishing and strengthening the spleen as the therapeutic principle in clinical practice,utilizing Sijunzi decoction as the core formula to treat short stature in children,which has achieved satisfactory efficacy.This article summarizes Professor Dong Dan's experience in treating children with short stature to provide reference for readers.One case is attached.
