    Clinical effects of budesonide combined with pulmonary surfactant on bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants

    Objective:To construct Atg7-gene-0knockout human brain microvascular endothelial cells(HBMEC) by CRISPR/cas9 technology, so as to provide an in vitro cell model for the role of Atg7 in the development of cerebral vessels, the mechanism of Atg7 participating in the formation of blood-brain barrier and thestudy of cerebrovascular diseases.
    Methods:Two pairs of guiding RNA sequences(sgRNA) were designed according to exon 1 of human Atg7. HBMEC was transfected with lentivirus; puromycin and Pyricularia oryzae were used to screen for cells successfully transfected. RT-qPCR and Western blotting were used to detect the mRNA and protein of the target gene, and the morphological changes were observed under the microscope.
    Results:The CRISPR/cas9 plasmid targeting Atg7 was constructed. The results of RT-qPCR, Western blot and immunofluorescence showed that stable Atg7-knockout human brain microvascular endothelial cell line was obtained by monoclonal screening. No obvious morphological changes were observed under light microscope.
    Conclusion:The successful construction of human brain microvascular endothelial cells with Atg7 gene knockout by CRISPR/cas9 technology is beneficial to the development of cerebral vessels, the mechanism of blood-brain barrier morphogenesis and the study of cerebrovascular diseases.

    Observation on the effect of Weijing Ditan decoction in the treatment of children with protracted bacterial bronchitis

    Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of self-made Weijing Ditan decoction on children with protracted bacterial bronchitis.
    Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018,82 children with protracted bacterial bronchitis were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang TCM University, and they were randomly divided into experimental group(42 cases) and control group(40 cases). The experimental group was treated withWeijing Ditan decoction,while the control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, for 3 weeks. The effective indexes were cough symptom score, TCM syndrome score and lung CT abnormality score.
    Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.1%(37/42), which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.0%,28/40) (P<0.05).After treatment, the cough symptom score, the primary andsecondary symptom scores of Tanzhuoyunfei and Feishixuanjiang syndrome of the two groups were significantly lower than thosebefore treatment (P<0.05), and the reduction effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, among the 17 cases of obstructive ventilation disorder,16 cases turned to normal after 3 weeks of treatment,and 1 case turned to moderate after 2 weeks of treatment.After treatment, the CT severity scores of 17 cases in the experimental group and 14 cases in the control group were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment,and the influenceof CT in experimental group was more significantly reduced(P<0.05).
    Conclusion:Weijing Ditan decoction in the treatment of children with protracted bacterial bronchitis can significantly improvecough symptoms and TCM syndromes, and significantly improve pulmonary ventilation function and HRCT performance.

    Research progress in clinical application of Huaiqihuang granules in pediatrics

    Huaiqihuang granules is a Chinese patent medicine commonly used in modern pediatric clinic, which is composed of bacterial substance of Sophora japonica, wolfberry fruit and polygonatum. It has the effect of comprehensiveregulation and nourishment on the human body, and is widely used in pediatric clinic. This paper reviewsthe research progress in the clinical application of Huaiqihuang granules in pediatric department in recent years, which shows that there have been more and more researches in Huaiqihuang granules, but there is a lack of large-sample multicenter research and real-world research, and there is less research in its application safety, so the treatmenteffect of Huaiqihuang granules on different types of various diseases needs to be further and carefully studied. With the deepening of experimental research, especially the application of cytobiological and molecular biological technology, the functional mechanism and clinical application of Huaiqihuang granules should be further investigated.

    Research progress of tic disorder in children

    Tic disorder(TD) is acommon sudden, rapid, recurrent neuropsychiatric disorder dominated by rhythmic movement or vocalization in children or adolescents. The exact etiology and pathogenesis are not clear. A small number ofchildren can get relieved by themselves at puberty, but the disease may be refractory in some children. This paper focuses on theresearch frontier of tic disorder at home and abroad. By searching Pubmed, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI and Wanfang databases, this paper systematically discusses the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of ticdisorder from the aspects of epidemiology, comorbidity, pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment methods by traditional Chinese and Western medicine, in order to provide new treatment ideas and theoretical basis for clinical practice.

    Advances in research on the treatment for upper airway cough syndrome based on TCM syndrome differentiation

    Upper airway cough syndrome(UACS) used to be described as "postnasal drip syndrome", which is the main cause of chronic wet cough in children at 1 year old and above. The treatment based on syndrome differentiation for this disease bytraditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of quick efficacy, few side effects, low recurrence rate andenhanced immunity and has been widely recognized. It is summarized that the cause of the disease is wind,phlegm, deficiency and stasis, and the core pathogenesis is "the deficiency of lung and spleen qi, retention of wind and phlegm, binding of phlegm and stasis, and discomfort in lung, noseand throat". It is suggested that the diagnosis by western medicine should be combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and constitution differentiation, and the treatment should be to disperse wind and relieve the lung and fever, strengthen the spleen and reduce phlegm and stasis, which is the main treatment principle, and the symptomatic treatment, such as clearing fever, nourishing yin, moistening dryness and promoting digestion, can also be used. Meanwhile, pay attention to some TCM exterior therapies, including external application of Chinese medicines, massage for children and indirect moxibustion.

    Diagnosis and treatment status of related diseases after group A hemolytic streptococcus infection

    Group A hemolytic streptococcus(GAS) is gram-positive cocci, which can cause diseases all over the world. The incidence rate in children is higher than that in adults. After infection, it can cause a variety of diseases. The infection ranges from superficial infections (pharyngitis and local skin infections), to invasive infection (toxic shock due to GAS infection), and it can also cause autoimmune diseases. At present, the treatment for streptococcal infection has not been standardized. Penicillin is the first choice for the symptoms and signs of acute infection. Azithromycin, erythromycin, and vancomycin are theother choice drugs for patients with penicillin allergy. Systemic anti-infection treatment can reduce long-term complications.

    Advances in the application of Chinese and western medicines for coronary artery thrombosis caused by Kawasaki disease

    Coronary artery thrombosis (CAT) is a serious complication of Kawasaki disease (KD), which hasbecome one of the important causes of children's acquired heart disease. The pathogenesis of KD-CAT is still being explored, and itstreatment plan and medication has become a research hotspot. This paper reviews the application of KD-CAT from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. In western medicine the drugs forKD-CAT are divided into antiplatelet, anticoagulant and thrombolytic drugs. In traditional Chinese medicine the drugs for clearing heat and detoxification, supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin, and promoting blood circulationand removing blood stasis are used as the main line of treatment, and it is emphasized that the prescription of "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis" must be used throughout the whole process of KD-CAT treatment.

    Study on the correlation between early language development and sleep in toddlers aged 12 to 30 months

    Objective:To study the correlation between early language development and sleep in children.
    Methods:A total of 255 toddlers aged 12 to 30 months were chosen, who underwent physical examination in the Child Healthcare Clinicof Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Hospital from April 2019 to June 2020. Besides the physical examination, Early Language Development Progression Scale was used to evaluate the language development of the toddlers, and at the same time, the Brief Infant Sleep Questionnaire(BISQ) was adopted to collect the sleep information, and the results were statistically analyzed.
    Results:The evaluation of the early language development in these 255 toddlers showedthat the total development quotient was (32.04±19.09); the total development age was (13.09±9.19)months; the total sleep duration was (12.52±2.83)hours: the day sleep duration was (3.08±5.66), and the number of night wakening was (1.54±1.41); the correlation coefficient of the total development months of the Early Language Development Progression Scale and the development months and the development quotient of the subscale A with total 24h sleep duration was 0.6 to 0.8, which showed that there was a strong positive relationship. The correlation coefficient of the total development quotient of the Early Language Development Progression Scale, the development months and development quotient of subscale B and subscale C with total 24h sleep duration was 0.4 to 0.6, which showed that there was a moderate positive relationship.There was a moderate negative relationship between the evaluation results of early language development and the number of night wakening, no relationship with night sleep duration, a weak relationship with day sleep duration, and a weak negative relationship with night wakening duration.
    Conclusion:There is a strong positive relationship between early language development and sleep duration of the toddlers and a weak positive relationship with day sleep duration.

    Multimedia sensory integration training combined with oral muscle training in the treatment of cerebral palsy with dysarthria

    Objective:To observe the clinical effect of multimedia sensory integration training combined with language-related oral muscletraining in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy with dysarthria.
    Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019, 108 children with dysarthria with spastic cerebral palsy were selected as the research subjects: 54 patients in the control group and 54 in observation group were given language-related oral muscle training, and 54 patients in the observation group were also given multimedia sensory integration training. After three courses of treatment, the speech function and oral motor function of the two groups were compared.
    Results:After treatment, the development quotient of language expression and understanding of the children in the twogroups were both better than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the motor function and overall motor function of mandibular, labial and lingual parts in the two groups were all better than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the observationgroup was all better than the control group(P<0.05).
    Conclusion:Multi-media sensory integration training combined with language-related oral muscle training can improve the sensory integration ability andeffectively improve the speech function and oral motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy by reducing the muscular tension of relevant muscles, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

    Observation on the efficacy of dust mite drops combined with terbutaline and montelukast in the treatment of allergic asthma in children

    Objective:To observe the efficacy of dust mite drops combined with terbutaline and montelukast in the treatment of allergic asthma in children.
    Methods:A total of 80 children with allergic asthma admitted to our hospital from January2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table, they were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases each. The control group was treated with terbutaline combined with montelukast, while the experimental group was treated with dust mite dropscombined with terbutaline and montelukast. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups; the difference in inflammatory factors(IL-17,IL-10) and immune status(CD4+, CD8+) between the two groups before and 3 months aftertreatment were compared; the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups within 3months after treatment.
    Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(95.0%, 38/40) was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%, 32/40), with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the levels of IL-17, CD4+, and CD8+ in thetwo groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and they werelower in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05);the level of IL-10 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and it was higher in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during the 3-month treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).
    Conclusion:Dust mite drops combined with terbutaline and montelukast are effective in the treatment of allergic asthma in children, which can significantly improve the immune function and inhibit the inflammatory response.

    Different doses of dexmedetomidineby nasal dripping in surgery for pediatric hernia

    Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of dexmedetomidine (DEX) by nasal dripping in surgery for pediatric hernia.
    Methods:A total of 90 children undergoing elective hernia surgery were divided into 3 groups with 30 cases in eachgroup by random number table method. They were divided into saline solution control group (control group), DEX 1.0 μg/kg group (low dose group), DEX 2.0 μg/kg group (high dose group).The time of anesthesia, operation, wake-up and extubation and total dosage of remifentanil and propofol during anesthesia were recorded, respectively. HR and SpO-2 were recorded before and at 10 min, 20 min and 30 min after intranasal DEX administration. After the operation, the agitation was evaluated by agitation scoring method on wake-up and at 15 min, 30 min and 60 min after wake-up.
    Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the time of anesthesia, operation, wake-up and extubation among the 3 groups(P>0.05). The dosage of remifentanil and propofol in control group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups, and the dosage in the high dose group was significantly lower than that in the low dose group, the difference being statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the HR at any time points(P>0.05). Compared with SpO-2before intranasal DEX administration, SpO-2 in low dose group was decreased at 30 min(P<0.05), and SpO-2 was decreased at every time points after intranasal administration in high dose group(P<0.05). SpO-2 in high dose group was significantly lower than that of control group at every time points(P<0.05). The agitation scores after at each time point after wake-up in the high dose group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
    Conclusion:Nasal dripping pretreatmentwith 2.0 μg/kg DEX can significantly reduce the dosage of other intravenous anesthetics and the occurrence of agitation during hernia operation without prolonging the time of wake-up, which is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.

    Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome: a clinical analysis of one case and literature review

    This article reports the clinical features of one case of Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome caused by new mutations of the CREBBP gene and the features of CREBBP gene mutation. The patient was a two-year-old girl who presented with psychomotorretardation, large thumbs and large first toes. The whole exon sequencing showed that the CREBBP gene of the child had base deletion c.3469_3471del, p.val1157del (heterozygous), but the parents had a normal genotype, which suggested that the mutation might be a newborn mutation. Clinically, for general developmental delays, neurological diseases, and limb malformations due to unknown all causes, the whole exomesequencing technology is helpful for diagnosis, and the prognosis can be assessed based on the mutation site.

    Correlation analysis of serum albumin with liver function and coagulation function in children with NICCD

    Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum albumin(ALB) and liver function and coagulation function in childrenwith intrahepatic cholestasis(NICCD).
    Methods:The clinical data of 56 children with NICCD treated in our hospital between March 2017 and March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Based on the level of serum ALB, these children weredivided into low-ALB group(ALB<30 g/L)(26 cases) and normal-ALB group (ALB≥30 g/L)(30 cases). Compare the differences in the degree of subcostal hepatomegaly and the coagulation indexes[(activatedpartial thromboplastin time(APTT), prothrombin time(PT), thrombin time(TT) and fibrinogen(FIB)]. Spearman correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation of the level of serum ALB with the degree of subcostal hepatomegaly and coagulation indexes in children with NICCD. Based on the prognosticliver function of NICCD children, they were divided into good-prognosis group (ALB=35-55 g/L, alanine transaminase≤40 U/L)(43 cases) and bad-prognosis group(ALB<35 g/L or ALB>55 g/L, alaninetransaminase>40 U/L)(13 cases). ROC was used to describe the efficiency of the degree of subcostal hepatomegaly and coagulation indexes in predicting the prognostic liver function of NICCD children.
    Results:The degree of subcostal hepatomegalyand the APTT level were significantly higher in low-ALB group than in normal-ALB group,while FIB level was significantly lower, and there was statistical difference (P<0.05); there was no statistical difference in the PT level or TT level between the two groups(P>0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showedthat the ALB level was negatively correlated with the degree of subcostal hepatomegaly and APTT level, andpositively correlated with FIB level (P<0.05), but not correlated with PT or TT level(P>0.05). The degree of subcostal hepatomegaly and APTT level were significantly lower in good-prognosis group than in bad-prognosis group, while FIB level was significantly higher(P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference in PT or TT level between the two groups(P>0.05). The cut-off value of the degree of subcostal hepatomegaly, APTT and FIB in predicting bad prognosis of NICCD children was 3.3 cm, 46.7 s and 1.4 g/L, respectively.
    Conclusion:The level of serum ALB is related to the degree of subcostal hepatomegaly and coagulation function inNICCD children, and the degree of subcostal hepatomegaly and the level of APTT and FIB of NICCD children are closely correlated with their prognostic liver function, so the detection of them can be used in the prevention and treatment of bad prognosis of liver function in neonates.

    Comparative analysis of cranial CT and magnetic resonance imaging in the evaluation of brain injury in children with hyperbilirubinemia

    Objective:To observe the diagnosis and evaluation of brain injury in children with hyperbilirubinemia by brain CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).
    Methods:A total of 63 children with hyperbilirubinemia treated in our hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the observation group; 50 healthy newborns in the same period were selected as the control group. The NBNA score and TB level were determined; the brain CT and MRI techniques were used and the evaluation results of brain injury in children with different methods were analyzed. The measurement of brainstem auditory evoked potential was the gold standard.
    Results: The TB level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the NBNA score was lower(P<0.05). Comparing the diagnostic results of the two methods, the accuracy andsensitivity of MRI were higher than those of CT(P<0.05). The incidence of hyperbilirubinemia within 3 days in children with positive cranial MRI was 79.41%(27/34), which was higher than 17.24%(5/29) in children with negative cranial MRI(P<0.05); the NBNA score of positive children was (32.50±1.36), which was lower than that of negative children (34.14±1.40) (P<0.05). The cost-effectiveness ratio of brain MRI technology is lower thanthat of brain CT technology, and the economic benefit of MRI technology is higher.
    Conclusion: Compared with cranialCT, MRI has higher accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosisof hyperbilirubinemia in children, and combined with NBNA score, it can be used as an important method for early evaluation of brain injury in children.

    Analysis of changes in TCM pediatric outpatient department in situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia

    Objective: To studyingchanges in the outpatient department of TCM pediatrics in situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia based on data.
    Methods: Through the hospital information system, the diagnosis and treatment data of pediatricoutpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of TCM from January to May in 2020 were retrieved and compared with the data of the same period in 2019.
    Results: During the pandemic, the number of outpatient visits decreased significantly, and gradually increased after the situation was improved. During the pandemic, the number of patientswith pulmonary diseases decreased significantly, while the number of patients with Tourette syndrome and pubertas praecox increased.
    Conclusion: In the pandemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the number of outpatient visits and disease variety of TCM pediatric clinic have changed significantly.

    Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Jiegeng decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with underlyingheat of lung meridian.
    Methods: Totally 101 children with allergic rhinitis treated in the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into 52 cases in the observation group and 49 cases in the control group. The observation group was treated with modified Jiegeng decoction, and the control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets for 3 weeks, respectively. Then, the efficacy and safety for the two groups were preliminarily evaluated.
    Results: After 3 weeks of treatment, the effective rate for rhinitis in the observation group was 92.3% (48/52), which was significantly higher than 61.2%(30/49) in the control group(P<0.05); the effective rate for the syndrome of underlying heat in lung meridian in the observation group was 92.3%(48/52), which was significantly higher than 79.6%(39/49) in the control group(P<0.05). The scores in sneezing, nasalcongestion, runny nose, nasal itching, nasal mucosal swelling, pharyngeal dryness, pharyngeal itching and pharyngeal redness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.
    Conclusion: After the treatment of modified Jiegengdecoction, the condition of children with allergic rhinitis has been significantly improved, and the clinical effect is significant and safe.

    Clinical study of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma of external-coldness and internal-drink type during acute onset

    Objective: To study the clinical effect of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma ofexternal-coldness and internal-drink type.
    Methods: A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma of external-coldness andinternal-drink type were treated in our hospital between February 2019 and August 2020, and they were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was also treated given modified Xiaoqinglong decoction, and the use of hormone was reduced by a half. After one week of treatment, the clinical effect wascompared between the two groups, and compare the total traditional Chinese syndrome score, FEV1%, FEV1/FVC, PEF andFeNO before and treatment, the childhood asthma control test and the adverse reactions were evaluated.
    Results: After treatment, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control groupwere 92.3% and 71.0%, respectively, with statistically significant differences between the twogroups(P<0.05). After one week of treatment, the total score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01), lung function was significantly better(P<0.05), FeNO was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the control test of asthmain the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01). No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment.
    Conclusion: On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the dosage of hormone is halved, and Xiaoqinglong decoction can be used to treat children with  bronchial asthma of external-cold and internal-drink type during acute onset, which is effective and worthy of further clinical promotion.

    Evaluation of therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huayu Qingre decoction on pediatric hormone-sensitive nephrotic syndrome

    Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Huayu Qingre decoction on hormone-sensitive nephrotic syndrome in children.
    Methods: A total of 69 outpatients or inpatients with hormone-sensitive nephrotic syndrome treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine and Zhengzhou Children's Hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled in this study. Prospective cohort study was used. The 32 outpatients or inpatients with hormone-sensitive nephrotic syndrome in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of ChineseMedicine were treated with Yiqi Huayu Qingre decoction on the basis of western medicine(observation group), and the 37 children with hormone-sensitive nephrotic syndrome treated with western medicine in outpatient or inpatient department of Zhengzhou Children's Hospital were selected as the control group. The control group was treated with glucocorticoid, and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huayu Qingredecoction on the basis of glucocorticoid. The efficacy and hormone-related side effects were observed before treatment and 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks and 36 weeks after treatment.
    Results:After 2 weeks of treatment, there were 15 cases of complete remission and 17 cases of partial remission in observation group. In the control group,6 cases were completely relieved,28 cases were partially relieved, and 3 cases were not relieved. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).During the 36-week treatment, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.5%(4/32),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(35.1%,13/37),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).The incidence of infection in the observationgroup was 31.3%(10/32),which was lower than 59.5%(22/37) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).There was no significant difference in buffalo hump or moon facecaused by hormones between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the sweating score and irritability score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).
    Conclusion: Yiqi Huayu Qingre decoction can shorten the remissiontime of nephrotic syndrome, reduce the number of infections, reduce the recurrence rate, and reduce the sweating and irritability caused by hormones.

    Analysis of the curative effect of modified Sangbaipi decoction on pertussis-like syndrome in children

    Objective: To explore the effect of modified Sangbaipi decoction on children with pertussis-like syndrome.
    Methods: Forty cases of children withpertussis-like syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group(20 cases, treated with azithromycin) and observation group(20 cases, treated with Sangbaipi decoction and azithrpmycin). The total effective rate, inflammatory factor level, pulmonary function index, disappearance time of main symptoms, recovery time of blood routine and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.
    Results: The total effective rate of the observation group(95.0%,19/20) was higher than that of the control group(65.0%,13/20)(P<0.05);the respiratory rate of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the tidal volume and inspiration/expiration ratio after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); the white blood cell count and C-reactive protein level in the observation group werelower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the disappearance time of main symptoms and the recovery time of blood routine in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with thecontrol group, the hospitalization time was shorter(P<0.05).
    Conclusion: The application of modified Sangbaipi decoction in the treatment of children with pertussis-like syndrome is helpful to enhance the curative effect, improve the lung function, reduce the inflammatory reaction and accelerate the recovery of the disease.

    Infectious mononucleosis in children is one of the common febrile diseases in children. At present, there is no unified principle of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in clinical treatment. The author discusses the theoretical basis of dialectical treatment for infectious mononucleosis in children by using the theory of Wei Qi Ying Xue in febrile diseases based on the relationship between the theory of Wei Qi Ying Xue in febrile diseases and infectious mononucleosis in children, in order to enrich the research on TCM treatment for infectious mononucleosis in children.
